This Virginian retirement community provides maintenance-free living with choices for its residents. There are various open floorplan options, modern appliances, and many amenities designed to bring ease into the residents’ lives. Among these amenities are the following:

• Well-equipped kitchens with stainless steel appliances
• Washers and dryers in each unit
• Walk-in closets that are large
• Individual controls for air conditioning and heating
• Emergency Pull Cord System that has a 24-hour on-site response from nurses
In addition to these amenities, on the fifth floor, known as the concierge level, more amenities are offered, such as Smart thermostats and smart lights connected to the residents’ smartphones. There are also electronic blinds. There is also a connection to the peer-learning community, Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI).
