Knowing what triggers the migraines can help eliminate them, and practices such as taking pain relief, laying in a dark and quiet room or utilizing a compress can help the symptoms.

Chronic Cluster Headaches

Headaches that persist off and on for multiple weeks may be cluster headaches. These are usually fall on the irritation side of the scale and can occur out of nowhere with no seeming trigger. Oxygen, head massages and preventative medications are the best way to alleviate these symptoms.
