Silverado 1500

This model offers three available engine options, each immensely powerful and efficient.

The 6.2-liter V8 is the most powerful of the three available engine options, as the engine can pump out 420 horsepower and best-in-class 12,500-pound towing capacity. Even with all of this power emanating from under the hood, the vehicle still gives an outstanding 21 highway miles-per-gallon.

The 5.3-liter V8 has slightly less in terms of power, but shows improvements in fuel economy, with a best-in-class 23-miles-per-gallon highway fuel efficiency. This engine has 355 horsepower, 11,100-pound towing capacity.

The 4.3-liter V6 engine is the most efficient of the three options, with a 24-mile-per-gallon highway fuel efficiency. Still very powerful in its own right, owners can expect 285 horsepower and a best-in-class 305 pounds-feet of torque. Capable of hauling up to 7,600 pounds.

Silverado 2500HD

The Vortex 6.0-liter V8 SFI engine specs will surpass owners’ expectations with 360 horsepower and 380 pounds-feet of torque. The Variable Valve Timing feature has been added to this model, allowing for drastically reduced emissions.

Chevy Silverado 1500 Interior

Both 1500 and 2500 have similar interior features. However, the 1500 model has a more basic Chevrolet MyLink system, which provides drivers with a 7- or 8-inch touch screen to access radio stations and navigation apps. The Silverado 1500’s interior is also equipped with a wireless charging dock, and 4G LTE Wi-Fi to stay connected.

Chevy Silverado 2500HD Interior

The Silverado 2500HD includes many of the same interior amenities as 1500, yet this pickup’s steering wheel includes a number of easy-to-reach controls that allow drivers to safely operate the touchscreen unit. Download up-to-date music, news, weather, and more via your MyLink system. Silverado 2500HD includes the 4.2-inch diagonal customizable driver display. The 4.2-inch diagonal color screen will display speed, fuel efficiency and other information directly in front of the driver.
